This is a nice out and back mountain bike or phat bike ride that is not super technical and has soft bark paths in in lot of locations. It climbs for 4 miles, some sections are steep, only one switchback. The return 4 miles is downhill. There are no rock gardens or other technical features, nice wide paths for riding next to your friends. Hikers, dog walkers and Horse riders may be encountered. Excellent views of the Wasatch heading east and nice sunset views heading west. The bark trails hold up at times of year when MTB trails are muddy or inaccessible.
