Meet at Utah International Charter School (350 E Baird Cir, South Salt Lake, UT 84115) @ 5:50PM for the entire ride or meet at 6:50 PM at the Maveric gas station (5645 W Amelia Earhart Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84116) at 7PM. If you show up early start warming up. We'll practice training on taking pulls and doing intervals. they will change every Thursday.
